Acalanes High School Football Field & Track Lafayette, California The design and construction documentation for the synthetic field replacement and new 400-meter track was completed on an extremely fast timeframe to accommodate the school district's tight schedule. The work included developing grading and drainage to receive the synthetic turf, regrading a practice field and improving its drainage, and creating separate field events for shot put, high jump, pole vault and long jump areas to increase flexibility for track and field meets.
