Manressa Townhouses Los Altos, California A large, interior meadow serves as the central feature for this 18-unit luxury townhouse complex on a gently sloping eight-acre site. Buildings were sited to maximize views to the central green, with vehicular access roads and parking visually separated. Recreational amenities include a swimming pool, spa and jogging/par course. The project received a Gold Nugget Honor Award from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.
