Los Altos United Methodist Church Los Altos, California This project includes landscape design for a new music building, childcare center, new visitor drop-off and general expansion. Five separate play yards were developed, connected via animal footprints sandblasted in concrete paths. A dry stream play area features colorful, inviting marbles embedded in the stream bed. A passive garden area off the sanctuary provides a place for reflection and respite, including the restoration of a rhododendron garden.
