Tiburon Library and Town Hall Tiburon, California Design ties together Tiburon's new library and town hall, also creating a gateway for the city's offices and accommodating large public gatherings. In back, the site merges into a wildlife preserve and incorporates drought-tolerant, deer-resistant plantings. Design incorporates flowering vines and fruit trees, screens and trellises, and a range of seating areas to encourage users to linger. Plants were selected to provide year-round color, deer resistance and low maintenance.
